New Zealand shipping
Up to $250 total - $12.50 residential
Over $250 - free shipping
Posters are shipped in a cardboard tube.
Goods will be sent by courier or NZ Post either the same or next business day (couriers can take up to 3 to 5 days to deliver).
If you select "in store pick up" as the shipping method, your order will be held at the Graphic Cuba Street shop in Wellington for one month. If your order is not picked up by then, you will receive a refund and your order will be cancelled. Contact us if you need an extension of time.
If you select "pay when picking up", your order will be held at the Graphic shop in Wellington for two weeks. If your order is not picked up by then it will be cancelled. If you want an extension of time to pick up your order just contact us.
We do not ship to international addresses.
If you need to return an item for any reason, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Please contact us with issues or queries at firstname.lastname@example.org
If there is a fault with the item you bought, you have been sent the wrong item or it is wrongly described, we will replace it at no extra cost, or make a full refund if a replacement is not available. If we need to wait for a reorder item to arrive there may be a small delay. We will pay for any return delivery fees but it needs to be arranged with us first. Email email@example.com
Change of mind
Graphic does not usually provide a refund where the customer has changed their mind about a product, but if you wish to return upon receipt an unread book or unopened toy, and it has not been damaged, then we can either supply you with a gift voucher to the same value of the item you are returning or swap it for a different item. Contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org to work something out but you will need to pay any return delivery fees.
